Job Summary

A real estate asset solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Field Staff Appraiser in Charleston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Complete real estate appraisals
  • Submiting proactive status updates
  • Providing industry leading customer service while ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A valid driver's license andthe ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
  • Certified Residential or Certified GeneralAppraiser license in good standing
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in completingresidential real estate appraisals
  • Broad residential knowledge of properties andmarket factors
