Job Summary

A real estate solutions provider is seeking a Remote Real Estate Field Staff Appraiser in San Joaquin County.

Must be able to:

  • Complete real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws
  • Collaborate effectively with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service
  • Provide industry leading customer service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
  • Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
