Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Paralegal.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Preparing interpretation of lease language when disputes arise
Researching and analyzing law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, and legal codes

Required Skills:

Associate's degree or at least three years directly related experience and/or training
Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness, and persistence to overcome obstacles
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word redlining program
Must be able to respond promptly to customer needs and meet service commitments
