Job Summary
A developer of real estate marketing tools is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Services Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handhold new customers through the onboarding process
- Providing exceptional service to these customers
- Executing ongoing and frequent check-ins with customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Experience as a Wholesale Account Executive, Sales Director, Operations Manager or Product Owner
- Able to pull strings behind the scenes to get things done
- An aura of confidence
- Communication skills
