Job Summary

A residential real estate investment company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Settlement Manager in Chesapeake.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising, training and mentoring Settlement Coordinators/ Processors
• Auditing settlements to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
• Reviewing contracts and settlement statements prior to closing to ensure accuracy

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of management experience in the settlement/title industry
• 5+ years in the real estate industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Proven great communication and computer skills
• Ability to manage relationships with title companies and seek out new title companies to partner with
• Ability to create a high level of customer service through professional follow up with customers
