Job Summary

A residential real estate investment company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Settlement Manager in Fredericksburg.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Auditing settlements to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed (and develop those processes)
  • Supervising, training and mentoring Settlement Coordinators/ Processors
  • Reviewing contracts and settlement statements prior to closing to ensure accuracy

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of management experience in the settlement/title industry
  • Total of 5+ years in the real estate industry
  • Completed a Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
