Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Team Services and Agent Experience Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as direct point-of-contact for teams
- Regularly reviewing and improving processes for quality of service and efficiency
- Handling a variety of customer service inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience managing employees
- Administrative experience in a real estate brokerage or team
- Experience in the real estate industry, preferably as an agent or broker
- Experience in customer service
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills – beginner to intermediate
