Job Summary

A real estate company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Team Services and Agent Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as direct point-of-contact for teams
  • Regularly reviewing and improving processes for quality of service and efficiency
  • Handling a variety of customer service inquiries

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience managing employees
  • Administrative experience in a real estate brokerage or team
  • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably as an agent or broker
  • Experience in customer service
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills – beginner to intermediate
