Job Summary
A real estate and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Valuations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage Valuations Team to manage the risk at any given time
- Evaluate clients' existing home to determine marketability and pricing strategy
- Manage and own performance of a ticket-based queue of new and old home valuations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years Real Estate Analytics, Portfolio Management, Valuations or comparable experience
- 3+ Years of Managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of property condition
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and project management skills
- An ability to remain focused and execute under pressure of deadlines and multitasking
