Job Summary
An asset management and investment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Vendor Onboarding Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that vendors are properly vetted and onboarded from a system, performance, and process perspective
- Standardize and execute consistently to the vetting and onboarding processes
- Evaluate the vendor base continually, identify gaps, and source for additional vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Prior vendor sourcing and onboarding experience preferred
- Prior experience in property operations or construction environment is preferred
- Ability to work well using electronic tools and technology-based systems
- Microsoft Office Suite skills required with a focus on excel and word
