Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Real World Evidence Research Analytics Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in the analysis and reporting of such data
• Providing proactive leadership to 5-7 research analysts
• Supporting quality control analysis and procedures during data analysis

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel, as this is a field-based position
• Advanced degree in bio/statistics, health services research, computer science or public health
• ≥ 7 years of relevant experience, through academia, consulting, or industry or combination thereof
• In-depth expert knowledge of RWD/RWE/HEOR and its application to specialty oncology drugs
• Real-world experience applying statistical analysis techniques across a variety of research study designs
• Well-developed conceptual and integrative thinking with capability to access internal and external resources
