Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Recruiter 3.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Presenting pre-screened candidates to management utilizing consistent process
  • Escalating sourcing challenges to your manager as appropriate
  • Researching and building knowledge of the competitive landscape

Qualifications Include:

  • Telecom/technical experience
  • 5-10+ years of relevant Recruiting experience with at least 1-2 years in Corporate Environment
  • Experience managing a requisition load of 20+ that consists of Manager, Sr. Manager and Director level roles
  • Experience recruiting within the Telecommunications and Wireless industries
  • Highly proficient at finding hard to find talent through LinkedIn and attracting Passive talent
  • Advanced experience with Excel and MS Outlook
