Job Summary

Full-time and remote, the In-house Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, focusing on attracting and screening candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for diverse positions across different levels and locations
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain equitable assessment practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience or experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is a plus
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Results-driven with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing work scenarios and strong communication skills
