A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for assigned positions
  • Completing any other assigned tasks

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with sourcing passive candidates through cold calling, boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, resume searches, etc.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates, discussing backgrounds, handling salary negotiations, etc.
  • Experience finding outside of the box ways to recruit candidates
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Linkedin recruiter experience
