A recruitment and workforce management consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System
- Evaluating candidate qualifications
- Using an appropriate mix of media to connect with talent communities
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be willing to travel quarterly
- High school diploma; proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- One or more years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes
- Experience using recruitment technologies and social media tools
- Must possess strong sourcing skills
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
