A vision care provider is filling a position for a Remote Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions
- Networking through industry contacts, associate memberships, trade groups, and current employees
- Identifying, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions
