Job Summary

An in home care agency is filling a position for a Remote Recruiter and Service Coordinator in Omaha.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing and testing caregiver job applicants
  • Performing recruiting, hiring, orientations for caregivers
  • Staffing all client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Coordinating job fairs
  • 4+ years’ experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years’ as recruiter, staffing, scheduler, customer service coordinator or office administrator
  • Hands-on computer experience with a proven ability to work with multiple computer programs
  • Proven ability to work independently, your manager will be remote
  • Excellent problem solving skills
