Job Summary

An In Home Care agency has an open position for a Remote Recruiter Customer Service Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Proactively source, interview, screen and test all caregiver job applicants
  • Staff all client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client
  • Perform recruiting, hiring, orientations for caregivers

Required Skills:

  • Coordinate job fairs, locate good sources for caregiver job applicants and develop applicant pipeline
  • 4+ years’ experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years’ experience as recruiter, staffing coordinator, scheduler, customer service coordinator o
  • Hands-on computer experience
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem solving skills
