A brewing and beer distributing company has an open position for a Remote Recruiter in Boston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing creative and efficient sourcing strategies for all open positions
- Managing the assigned open requisitions to ensure the company wide cycle time goal is achieved
- Developing rapport and relationships with a variety of management styles and personalities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position is remote with close proximity and/or travel to our office
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and/or high-volume recruiting environment
- Proven ability to successfully fill open positions in accordance with designated goals
- Experience in communicating and presenting recruiting information to varying levels of leadership
