Job Summary

A brewing and beer distributing company has an open position for a Remote Recruiter in Boston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing creative and efficient sourcing strategies for all open positions
• Managing the assigned open requisitions to ensure the company wide cycle time goal is achieved
• Developing rapport and relationships with a variety of management styles and personalities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• This position is remote with close proximity and/or travel to our office
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience working in a fast paced and/or high-volume recruiting environment
• Proven ability to successfully fill open positions in accordance with designated goals
• Experience in communicating and presenting recruiting information to varying levels of leadership
