Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, developing and maintaining a viable pipeline and network of qualified talent
- Optimizing use of available resources to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Assisting with the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in high volume, full cycle recruitment
- Experience working remote
- Understanding of traditional and innovative recruiting methods, selection and qualification tools, and hiring/on-boarding procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform in a high-volume, fast paced environment
