Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Recruiter in San Ramon.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Managing full cycle recruiting process
- Maximizing the effectiveness of the recruiting process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
- Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office
