Job Summary

A non-profit technology organization is seeking a Remote Recruiter in Somerville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing searches from start-to-finish and conducting initial phone screens with candidates
• Project managing applications from sourcing to offer
• Focus hiring managers and teams on ensuring positive candidate experiences throughout hiring processes

Required Skills:

• You’ve interviewed plenty of candidates, have a few sourcing wins, and have ideas about creating outstanding candidate experience
• Commitment to building actively anti-racist interview processes with a lens towards Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in hiring
• Clear and compassionate communication style (written and verbal)
• Problem-solver mentality: the ability to identify problems and figure out how to work through them with others
• Strong organizational skills and an interest in creating better systems and processes to manage our candidate experience
• Knows when to ask for help and advocates for what they need
