A disciplined agile and lean software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter Talent Sourcer Enterprise Architect.

Must be able to:

• Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, and internet sourcing
• Articulate and sell the value proposition to candidates via video chats and phone calls

Qualifications Include:

• Experience sourcing/recruiting for software or high-tech companies
• 5+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• 2+ years recruiting Enterprise Architects
• Sourcing techniques and the ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities
• Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements
• Strong research and candidate generation skills
