Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Ensure internal and external job descriptions and postings are on target to attract highly qualified candidates
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the HR Community, including peers on the Recruiting Team
- Build rapport with prospects and candidates to identify their key motivations and requirements to make a career move
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle corporate and/or search firm recruiting environment
- Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience
- Experience with high volume recruiting with a focus on entry level talent preferred
