Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Coordination Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of 4-6+ Recruiting Coordinators
- Creating career development paths for Recruiting Coordinators
- Reviewing and measuring the experience and effectiveness of the processes and programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6-8+ years of experience in Recruiting and/or Recruiting Operations
- 2-3+ years experience managing and/or mentoring people
- Deep knowledge of recruiting systems, processes, and tools
- Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements, particularly changes that are rooted in data
