A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as an ambassador to our candidates and colleagues
- Ensuring everyone proceeds through our interview process smoothly and efficiently
- Scheduling interviews, getting new interviewers calibrated, and keeping tabs on candidate experience

- 1 year working in a coordination/operations role within a fast-paced environment
- Must have impeccable organization skills
