Job Summary

An information technology company that develops technology for non-violent crime prevention needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating a world class, high touch candidate experience in a fast paced hiring environment
  • Corresponding with candidates throughout the interview process, including email and phone communication, organizing in-house interviews, and booking candidate travel when needed
  • Building and nurturing a strong and diverse candidate pipeline using a variety of sourcing methods

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, sourcer or administrative support role
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated desire to grow your career in a fast growing, fast paced, start-up environment
  • Ability to assist in the planning and execution of networking and recruiting events
  • Previous experience working at a start-up is a huge plus
  • Experience with an application tracking system (ATS) is a plus
