Job Summary
A care delivery platform is in need of a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being point of contact for candidates and partner agencies throughout the interview process
- Interviewing candidates in the early stages and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Tracking recruiting activities and provide position funnel updates
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 or more years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or other HR
- Passionate about the health and well-being of vulnerable populations across the county
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree
