Job Summary

A full-service marketing and advertising company is in need of a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Handling confidential and sensitive information with tact, integrity, and discretion
Working closely with the Recruiting Lead, VP of Production, and team members to drive process improvements, employer branding and other Recruiting initiative

Required Skills:

2+ years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or comparable scheduling experience
Experience working with Greenhouse, Lever or other ATS systems
Fluent in GoogleSuite including Calendar, Docs, Sheet, Drive
Fantastic interpersonal skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
Proficiency in and knowledge of recruiting tools, resources, and processes
