Job Summary

A full-service marketing and advertising company is in need of a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with tact, integrity, and discretion
  • Working closely with the Recruiting Lead, VP of Production, and team members to drive process improvements, employer branding and other Recruiting initiative

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or comparable scheduling experience
  • Experience working with Greenhouse, Lever or other ATS systems
  • Fluent in GoogleSuite including Calendar, Docs, Sheet, Drive
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  • Proficiency in and knowledge of recruiting tools, resources, and processes
