Job Summary

A networking solutions company is seeking a Remote Recruiting Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering regular data and analysis to key stakeholders
• Building the foundation for a data-driven TA organization by developing and reporting on critical metrics
• Building and delivering recruiting practices to ensure the attraction, evaluation and hiring of highly qualified and diverse talent

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting Operations
• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer
• Understanding of recruiting systems and platforms
• Experience implementing systems and processes to support smooth and efficient day-to-day recruiting
• Analytical experience developing and refining recruiting-related reporting, and analytics
