Job Summary
A real estate technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Technology Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance and the hiring teams
- Mentor and develop others, while coaching through all stages of the hiring process
- Partner with the People Operations team to build and operationalize processes involving internal transfers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 12+ Years of successful experience in Recruiting
- 4+ Experience directly leading a robust team in a R&D organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to provide clarity on recruiting vision, strategy, and status
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Desire to become a Data Monster
