Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Recruitment Associate.

Must be able to:

• Produce clear, strong, and compelling communications to help attract prospective candidates
• Review candidate applications and conducting initial interviews to select qualified candidates
• Build a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool by posting job descriptions to job sites

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting in a non-profit, advocacy organization, or political campaign, for a variety of different roles
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A relationship builder and strong communicator who possesses the ability to connect with, motivate, and inspire others
