Job Summary
A litigation finance firm is filling a position for a Remote Recruitment Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Propose process improvement recommendations
- Collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years prior operations & recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Google suite applications and other project management tools
- High attention to detail and good prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
