Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruitment Marketing Analytics Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Manage the receipt, audit, and submittal of RPO recruitment transactions and invoices to Finance
• Monitor and provide consultation and analysis on tool adoption and return on investment
• Consult with internal clients on company wide sourcing tools

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Experience in managing vendors and advising key stakeholders
• Experience in recruiting and recruitment tool management
• Experience in compiling an in-depth, detailed analysis of job boards, recruitment market intelligence tools,
• Experience with digital technologies and ATS/recruitment technologies
• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Recruitment Marketing environment
