Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Regional Clinical Excellence Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership support and assigned market leadership teams
- Provide clinical and system training to new employees and refresher training to current employees
- Assist with strategy and process development, and implementation, including measurement of outcomes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend and actively participate in contracted health plan meetings
- Current RN License, BSN preferred
- 8+ years of clinical practice in a hospital, clinic, home care, or nursing home setting
- 4-5 years of increasing supervisory or management experience in a health care setting
