An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Regional e-Learning Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Enhancing how districts and teachers engage students
- Providing time-saving approaches that allow educators to design customized learning
- Building partnerships that are outcomes oriented and always focused on achieving client success
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years experience managing enterprise level client accounts
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through growth, retention and expansion
- Meticulous about understanding your clients’ goals
- Demonstrated the ability to strategically design a custom client communication cadence
