Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Regional Federal Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own the existing account relationships with all US Federal DOD agencies and expand our sales into these existing customers
  • Expand the federal pipeline of sales opportunities by meeting with all IT decision makers in each agency
  • Grow revenue contribution from partners through building awareness and attention to our products and channel programs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years quota-carrying Enterprise security or IT software sales experience
  • Proven successful track record with annual quotas for the past five years with a Federal/Public Sector focus
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing and managing skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, team player, ability to delegate to pre-sales and post-sales
