Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Regional Field Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Training and coaching organizers
  • Using data to monitor team performance and making changes as needed
  • Using all management and organizing skills at your disposal to get results

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Understand the gold standard of any field program is a quality conversation between a volunteer and a voter
  • Get that organizing at scale requires attention to details, logistics and math
  • Have a comfort with technology that allows you to effectively use standard tools
  • Know when a phone call, video call, or face-to-face is better than an email, text, or chat
  • Ability to effectively manage staff and volunteers
  • Able to work effectively in an environment where much of the team is not co-located with you
