Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Regional HR Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, training, and developing HR associates that support the markets within the assigned region
- Providing functional support to peers and direct reports as a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs)
- Overseeing the daily operation of Human Resources duties for the region and ensure CPHR team completes tasks within SLAs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- 3+years progressive managerial experience required
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and empathy to navigate and de-escalate high-stress situations
- Strong leadership, prioritization and time management skills
- Direct management experience leading a team
