A real estate brand has an open position for a Remote Regional Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers
  • Lead, support and manage a region of state principal brokers and state supervisory brokers
  • Monitor regional performance goals and enforce accountability for their achievement

Required Skills:

  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Member of the National Association of REALTORS
  • Hold an active real estate broker license
  • Proven track record of leadership within a Brokerage
  • Success in managing and motivating a regional workforce
