Job Summary
A company that provides health and human service programs has an open position for a Remote Regional QI Supervisor in Northern California.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervises assigned employees through cultivation of a high performance team-oriented environment
- Prepares 30 to 45 day orientation plans for new hires
- Conducts regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to monitor daily operations of a unit or sub-unit
- Must be able to generally supervise semi-skilled employees or a few individual professional contributors
- Must be able to provide immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules
- Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility
- Must be able to direct subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies
