Job Summary

A power management solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Regional Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling phone and email requests on a daily basis
  • Assisting with providing information for the population of the knowledge database
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement of field procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • 25% travel
  • At least a High School diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience with uninterruptable power systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
