Job Summary

A travel company has an open position for a Remote Regional Travel Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Work with customers to develop strategic business objectives for the meetings program
Meet and exceed customer expectations by managing customer service levels, quality, and productivity
Work with partner agencies that will be servicing your customer to drive their success and adherence to SLAs/KPIs

Qualifications Include:

Good at solving problems, identifying gaps, and finding opportunities to find efficiencies
Good at understanding core program foundations with regional application
Good at understanding Life Science meetings and compliance
Good at building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and internal teams
Good at leading a best-in-class team
Budget and cost management skills
