Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Registered Nurse Case Management and Disease Management Manager in Rancho Cordova.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that case management services comply with URAC standards
- Direct the effective coordination of health care services
- Identify department goals
Required Skills:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in state of California
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Graduate of an approved program of Nursing
- Evidence of have attained certification in Case Management (CMC) (CCMC) or (CMAC)
- Three years supervisory/management experience in a health care environment
