Job Summary

A healthcare staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage and prioritize care coordination activities
• Facilitate the clinical progression of care
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

• US Citizenship and the ability to pass federal security clearance screening
• A minimum of four years Case Management or acute care coordination experience; preferably in a Managed Care setting
• A degree from an accredited program of nursing
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Windows, Excel and prior use of a laptop
• An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence
