Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Coordinate care for members
- Educate members on disease processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Approximately 40% field and 60% telephonic
- 2 years of RN experience
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Mississippi
- Willingness to obtain CCM certification within two years
