Job Summary

A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager in Hidalgo.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Completing comprehensive assessments
  • Developing and implementing case management plan
  • Conducting face to face home visits

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 25- 40% local travel required
  • Unrestricted TX RN license
  • 2 years of RN clinical experience
  • Knowledge of applicable state, and federal regulations
  • Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT coding and HCPC
  • Familiarity with NCQA standards, state/federal regulations and measurement techniques
