Job Summary

A healthcare decision support provider is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse Navigator Program Manager in Corning.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Engaging with vendors and local area health facilities
• Assessing and identifying opportunities to support the patient along their health care journey via a collaborative approach
• Providing immediate assistance to nurse ally’s and promote cross vendor referral

Required Skills:

• 3 days on-site/2 days remote
• RN or Masters prepared NP preferred
• Must currently have or gain NY licensure within the first 90 days of employment
• Experience in a clinical setting providing indirect support to patients and their families
• Experience communicating with multiple vendors of varying health care segments
• All other requirements necessary for this position
