Job Summary

A healthcare services provider is in need of a Remote Registered Nurse Telephonic Covid19 Call Screener.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for timely completion of Covid-19 online Training assignments
  • Comply with HIPAA Compliance Policies and other privacy rules to protect the confidentiality of information
  • Verify accurate caller/employee information into the Covid-19 call processing software and call record

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Have a nursing degree
  • Have an understanding of basic computer skills
  • Have a high school degree or GED
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills
