Job Summary
A healthcare staffing and recruiting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Registered Nurse Utilization Management Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Review documentation and evaluates the necessity of provider requests
- Accurately apply review requirements to assure case is reviewed
- Command a comprehensive knowledge of complex delegation arrangements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current, valid, and unrestricted state Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- 3+ years of recent experience in UM, Quality Improvement, or Quality Management
- 2+ years of acute care clinical nursing experience
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, database use, and basic data entry
