Job Summary
An educational institution is filling a position for a Remote Registrar Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and updating student record information including student status, admission provisions, restrictions, program assignment, and academic standing
- Managing assigned registration functions, wait-list, intra-university registration, priority and block registration, hold management, etc
- Evaluating, entering and updating approved non-institutional credit
Qualifications for this position include:
- Three years of experience in a higher education setting
- Attention to detail; commitment to adhering to data entry standards
- High level of technical expertise in Colleague, Perceptive Content imaging, Business Objects
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
